The Library has two meeting rooms available to be used by the community for public meetings.
The Board Room is the smaller of the Meeting Room areas. The official capacity for this space is 49. (Comfortably seats up to 25)
The Community Room is the larger of the two spaces. The official capacity for this space is 72. (Comfortably seats up to 50). The Community Room has an attached kitchen and pull down screen.
The two rooms can be combined for a total official capacity of 121. (Comfortably seats up to 70).

Please read the Meeting Room Policy for more details. We would like to remind applicants that all meetings and events must be open and advertised to the public. Closed meetings cannot be held it our meeting rooms. Boulder City Library reserves the right to revoke facility use privileges of any individualand/or group that does not comply with the policy and guidelines stated herein or violates the Library Rules of Conduct.
All groups must submit a flyer before a meeting room reservation will be considered. Flyers can be submitted via a form at https://form.jotform.com/242426055241145 or by emailing meetingrooms@bclibrary.org. All flyers must contain the following language: This program is not a Boulder City Library sponsored event. The views expressed and other information presented are solely those of the producing entity.
Check-in at the Information Desk when you arrive. Your group will be let into the scheduled room no more than 15 minutes before the scheduled start time for setup. Groups with events that start at 10 AM will not be let into the Library before the Library opens.

The Boulder City Library has 3 study pods. The study pods are intended for informal individual or small group use (max 2 people). The study pods are not to be used for commercial purposes. Commercial purposes include, but are not limited to, the offering or solicitation of goods, services, or memberships. Tutors may use the study room, but no exchange of money can take place on library grounds.
Pods must be scheduled at the Information Desk before use. Pods can be scheduled 1 day in advance at the Information Desk or by calling (702)293-1281. Library cardholders may reserve pods online. Same-day reservations are allowed. The study pods may not be used for commercial purposes. Please read the Study Room Policy for more information.

Our outdoor amphitheater is attached to the library building and consists of a stage and tiered grass seating area. The Amphitheater is available to rent for events. For more information and fee schedule, please read the Amphitheater Policy.
