A one-hour yoga class for all ability levels. Chair and floor versions of each pose offered, and modifications of each pose are presented. Yoga is for every body, and we encourage each participant to listen to their own unique body and its needs.
Joan Robinson RYT 200, teaches yoga, meditation, and breathwork. She obtained her initial teacher training at Mount Madonna Institute in California, and has taken additional training in Functional Yoga with Robert Grilley and the Pranamaya online school.
